Mark C. Pennington LLC is an environmental law practice providing counseling, transactional, and conflict resolution services to corporate and not-for-profit clients.  Building on 20 years’ experience working with nationally recognized environmental practices at two prominent law firms, I created my own firm in 2006 to make a bigger impact in my areas of core competency, and to pursue long-time interests in open-space conservation and sustainability.  In November 2007, I joined the law firm of John E. Osborn P.C. as Of Counsel.  On June 30 2008, I moved by offices to Union Square to share space with Jack Osborn and this team.

Jack’s firm provides strategic advice, troubleshooting, and litigation counsel in complex construction, green building, and environmental projects.  I am excited by this new affiliation, which allows me to extend my reach and draw upon the skills of a talented group of practitioners with complementary skills.
