- Compliance counseling. I
provide proactive advice to clients in matters such as planning for compliance with new regulations, permitting
of new process lines, upgrading of pollution control equipment, and upgrading of underground storage tank systems and related
monitoring programs.
- Risk Management.
– I assist clients in identifying and contracting with reliable service providers, negotiating protective agreements,
and performing due diligence on treatment, storage and disposal facilities.
- Environmental audits
and environmental management systems. I work with in-house compliance
staff to design and implement environmental auditing programs geared towards ensuring ongoing compliance. In addition, I assist
clients with developing environmental management systems for certification under the ISO 14001 standard, and in performing
audits of existing environmental management systems.
