easements, and related legal issues.

Easement Amendments – I advise land trusts on the appropriate scope and procedures for amendment
of conservation easements, and on related issues of subordination, approvals, and the potential application of the charitable
trust doctrine.
- Accreditation.
I assist land trusts in performing standards and practices assessments, and in preparing applications for accreditation
by the Land Trust Alliance Accreditation Commission. These services include identifying areas for improvement in practices
like records management, monitoring, and easement enforcement.
